At Geneva Watch Repair, we make sure that you receive the highest quality in watch repairs, from the smallest jobs like battery replacements to the biggest jobs such as overhauls and cleaning.

Just like an automobile that needs an oil change every so often, a watch deserves the same kind of care as it runs on gears as well.

When it comes to mechanical watches, you should get them serviced once every 2-4 years and quartz watches should be serviced every 3-5 years.

Rolex Breitling Tag Heuer Patek Philippe

The GWR Complete Servicing Process:

1.) First, our fine watchmakers will examine the inside of the movement to make sure there are no loose or broken parts.

2.) The movement parts are then taken apart and prepared to be cleaned in our state-of-the-art parts cleaning machine.

3.) While the parts are being cleaned, we also include free cleaning and refinishing for your watch case and band so that any minor scratches will be erased or major scratches minimized.

4.) After the parts have been cleaned, they are then reassembled into the movement and the pivots will be oiled This way your movement is well lubricated with a fresh batch of oil and will run for smoothly for the next few years to come.

5.) The watch is then put back together with the case and we begin to regulate the timing with our timing machine to make sure that your watch is running as precisely as possible.
*Note: Watches that are not water-resistant to begin with will not be tested in the water-pressure tester. Also, some watches that originally were water-resistant may be too old to be water-resistant now.

6.) Once you receive your watch, you are also given an 18-month guarantee. If you are having any trouble with your watch within the next 18 months, you can bring your watch back to us for us to fix the problem free of charge!
